Search in LINCC (online catalog) for books that can be checked out. Using Subject Browse, type the appropriate subject in the Find box. Possible subjects to try are: religion and religions, with various sub-headings. Also search for specific religious denominations such as Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Catholic Church, Shinto, Taoism, etc., and for related topics such as cults, sects, mythology, occultism, paganism, women in Islam, etc.

Academic Search Premier
Offers full-text articles for approximately 3,260 scholarly and academic journals, and abstracting and indexing for approximately 4,250 journals dating back to 1984.

PA Research II
Indexes and abstracts articles from approximately 2,000 journals and magazines from 1986 to the present. Can be accessed from the Databases button or from the PA Research II button on the LRC home page. Available on campus without the PJC ID login.

JOURNALS

The John C. Pace Library at the University of West Florida has prepared an extensive Reference Guide and Bibliography on the subject of Religion. This ELi Research Guide includes a list of journals in Religious Studies that the library subscribes to. Students may wish to examine some of these journals at UWF.
