To locate books at PJC and other Florida Community College libraries, click on Find Books at the top of the library homepage.  For books about food and culinary arts, use Subject and enter Cookery, name of cuisine (for example, Cookery, French). A Subject search by name of country could also yield books of interest. Alternately, click on Browse Lists and enter Cookery (as a subject) to browse through subjects of interest. Both print and ebooks are noted in the catalog.

Books available at the Warrington and Milton campuses, and those available at other Florida community colleges, can be sent to the Pensacola campus by clicking on the location of the book and using the Request option. Login is required to request books. For graphic instructions on using the catalog and requesting books, see http://library.pjc.edu/pdf/find_books.pdf. Login instructions available below.

Electronic encyclopedias of interest are listed under EBooks on the left of the library’s homepage. Click on Virtual Reference Library eBooks. Login is required. After login, a window opens with a list of subjects. Click on Nation & World to see the two titles that might be of interest. Ebooks contain the text, tables of contents and indexes.
